I. GENERAL CONDITIONS

(1) These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms and Conditions ") are issued in accordance with the articles of the Law on Security of Mass Events published on March 20, 2009, consolidated text, Journal of Laws of 2017, item 1160 (hereinafter referred to as the "Law") and in accordance with the articles of the Civil Code.

(2) The Regulations are issued by the organizer of the event called "K-POP STARS FESTIVAL", which will be held on 7-9.07.2023 in Warsaw - Bemowo Airport (hereinafter "Event"), namely STAGE ART. LTD, 322 Haselbury Road, London, England N9 9A, Company Number 13593711, BRTC00001231262, represented by Marek Rogowski (hereinafter referred to as "Organizer"). The company's representative in Poland is Kancelaria Prawna ul. Polskiej Organizacji Wojskowej 17/lok. 8, 90-248 Lodz.

(3) The Regulations are intended for all persons who will be on the area where the Event will take place during its duration. Each person staying in the area during the Event is obliged to comply with the provisions of these Regulations.

(4) The following terms used in the Regulations shall have the following meanings:

a. "Event Site" means the fenced area where the Event is conducted or any other place to which the Event may be moved for valid reasons and which will be announced to the public before the Event. The Event Site will be divided into sectors, access to which will be determined by the Organizer in these Regulations;

b. "Ticket" means the original, individual permission to enter the Event Area - in the appropriate sector provided for the public. Admission to the Event Venue is granted to all who have an identity document and a Ticket, which will be exchanged for a Wristband at the first entrance to the Event Venue. Each subsequent entry to the Event Venue is granted to Participants who have an undamaged Wristband permanently attached to their wrist. The Ticket upon first entry to the Event Area will be unmarked in the electronic system to determine that the Ticket has been used to enter the Event Area and to prevent another third party from using it again to enter the Event Area.

c. "Event Participant" means a person attending the Event on the basis of a valid Ticket, invitation or ID issued by the Organizer. Participant of the Event may be a person of full age or a minor, with the reservation that minors under 16 years of age may participate in the Event only under the supervision of a legal representative or other authorized adult and under his/her sole responsibility, upon signing by him/her before entering the Event a statement that he/she takes full responsibility for the above mentioned minor. Each participant regardless of age is required to have an admission ticket to the Event Area. The exception is children under 7 years of age, who remain under adult supervision.

d. "Minor" is a person who is under 18 years of age (according to Article 10 of the Civil Code) Minors under 16 years of age may be registered on the data of a guardian/parent, if they do not have e-mail, telephone.

e. "Law Enforcement and Information Services" means, among others, employees of a security agency of persons or property appointed by the Organizer to take care of the safety of persons participating in the Event, including the control of Participants' authorization to enter the Event Area. Members of the Law Enforcement and Information Services shall have badges displayed in a conspicuous place containing: the name of the exhibitor, identification number and facial image, expiration date, seal and signature of the exhibitor.

f. "VIP Tickets" and "VIP Invitations" are treated in the same manner as "Ticket" in subsection b.

II. ORGANIZATIONAL AND ORDER RULES APPLICABLE AT THE EVENT SITE

(1) The Organizer will designate areas to which access will be limited or possible only for

guests and services of the Organizer. Areas not intended for the public include in particular: backstage, production area, artists' dressing rooms, and technical and organizational premises.

(2) The Organizer shall ensure the safety of persons present at the Event and order during the Event by, among other things:

a. Order and Information Services distinguished by elements of dress;

b. providing medical assistance and hygiene and sanitary facilities;

c. information points located on the premises

3. the Event Participants and all other persons who are in the Event Venue are obliged to obey the orders of the Order and Information Service. Refusal to comply with these instructions may result only from their contradiction with generally applicable laws. Minors participate in the Event at the sole responsibility of those who have custody of them during the Event.

4.The area of the Event will be supervised and controlled by employees of the Order and Information Service in order to prevent the bringing of weapons and other dangerous items to the Event.
